Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda/pleadings regarding all areas of law for the litigation division of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission; potential for a 3rd year law student with 711 license to assist in presenting evidence during hearing matters, including depositions and witness testimony, under the supervision of an attorney.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; Successful completion of first year of law school
Schedule: Approximately 12-15 hours/week during the school year and then up to 35 hours/week during the summer months
