Phillip M. Rutherford

Phillip M. Rutherford is the founder of Rutherford Law, P.C., where he works with individuals and families on legal issues from birth through legacy. With over a decade of experience in family law, he regularly helps clients navigate complex family and life-planning concerns.

Phillip is actively involved in the LGBTQ legal and community space, serving as the CLE co-chair and Treasurer of LAGBAC – Chicago’s LGBTQ+ Bar Association and sitting on the board of the Center on Halsted.
