Moses Suarez

Formerly a nursing assistant and pharmacy technician, Moses has a deep understanding of the health care industry. As co-chair of the firm’s Health Care Service Group, he focuses his practice on the representation of hospitals, health care professionals, medical groups, and long term care facilities. His extensive malpractice litigation experience includes adverse maternal and fetal outcomes, emergency room care, and complex vascular injuries. Moses also represents medical professionals before state licensing boards.

Moses advises clients on interpretation and compliance with state and federal health care regulations as well as risk reduction and crisis management. He collaborates with his clients to develop and implement policies to increase efficiency and to promote a culture of safety.

Moses frequently presents on practice improvement, informed consent, and medical documentation on both a national and state level.  He is fluent in Spanish.
