Vincenzo B. Caporale

I am a proud son of the South Side of Chicago. I grew up with a civic mind in a union home, as my father is an immigrant and public servant (Chicago Streets & Sanitation), and my mother worked for the local chamber of commerce. My background is in policy and politics, having worked in public offices at the local and state level, and campaigning at the local, state, and federal level for progressive and reform candidates. In my spare time I travel, experience Chicago’s culture, volunteer feeding the houseless, and host a pop culture walking tour through the neighborhoods of Chicago.In my legal practice, I advocate for the people and defend their civil rights. I represent victims of police misconduct, those who suffer violations of excessive force, police shootings, false arrest, malicious prosecution, unreasonable search & seizure, civil conspiracy, and defective warrants. I also represent prisoners on excessive force, deliberate indifference to medical care, failure to intervene, and inhumane conditions of confinement claims. I handle business litigation for commercial clients as well.
