Associate Attorney – Insurance Coverage

THE POSITION: INSURANCE COVERAGE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Traub Lieberman is seeking an insurance coverage Associate to work in its downtown Chicago office. The candidate should have 2-5 years of coverage experience. Additional consideration will be given to candidates experienced with professional liability and D&O policies. The position includes writing coverage opinions and coverage position letters, and will include handling coverage litigation nationwide. The successful candidate possesses exceptional research and writing skills, has a keen attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative, team environment.

Our Chicago Coverage Group operates as a strong collective of coverage partners and associates with a focus on teamwork and collegiality. As a member of our team, the attorney will have the benefit of gaining hands-on experience and working closely with partners invested in their professional development and growth. The office has implemented a mentorship program to foster individual attorney growth.

Our Chicago office offers a flexible work environment with remote workdays. The office regularly plans optional social functions to foster team engagement and connectivity.

REQUIREMENTS:

2-5 years of coverage experience; professional liability and D&O policies experience is a plus
JD from an accredited university
Excellent research and writing skills
Admitted in the State of Illinois
