LAGBAC will once again be participating in the Northalsted Market Days street festival, where couples — both same-sex and opposite sex — will have the opportunity to unite in support of marriage equality by engaging in faux marriage ceremonies. The ceremonies, which will be officiated by members of LAGBAC and area politicians, including Congressman Mike Quigley and Lieutenant Governor Sheila Simon, are intended to highlight our continued commitment to achieving full marriage equality for all Illinois residents.
