LAGBAC’s Board of Directors would like to offer its heartfelt congratulations to two of our own: LAGBAC Board President, Cecilia Horan has been appointed by the Supreme Court to fill a county-wide Circuit Judge vacancy, effective January 19th. LAGBAC Director, Stephanie Miller has been appointed by the Supreme Court to fill a Circuit Judge vacancy in the 6th Judicial Subcircuit, effective January 30th.
